In 2006 the United States Postal Service issued a twenty stamp commemorative sheet of 39¢ stamps. It portrayed 10 of DC Comics most memorable Super Heroes both as individual characters and as represented by the cover of a comic book that they appeared in.

This application is a companion to our popular "Superheroes on Stamps" program. That app features information regarding the creation of, and general history of those superheroes. This application focuses on the powers, abilities and, most importantly, the weapons they possess.
